With Google Profile You can use your profile to provide public information about you with other users of Google and everyone in search of your name. With the profile is optional, but allows you to promote and link to sites you want to present. Google is also increasingly linked to other Google services, Google Profiles and search functions. If you write web content, it is to your advantage to have a neat profile.

Reasons to create Google profile

So, this is why you must have google profiles :

  • Share your content on the web.
  • Links to your blogs.
  • Online Photo Picasa and Flickr.
  • Links to your other online profiles like Facebook and LinkedIn.
  • Create a bio about yourself on your Info tab.
  • Enter your contact and enable Send me a message.

Create a Google Profile
To create a Google Profile, go to https://profiles.google.com/. You may find that you already have a profile. If not, click on Create Profile to get started.

About Me
You’ll see the first page is the “About Me” . Everything is public in this tab, you list. If you do not want your boss or your mother, do not list here. However, it may be advantageous to use this page as a resume or a phone card public social networking.

You can add information about where you live, a list of other sites, create a resume, and add a photo of yourself. Cities in which you live will automatically be listed on the map.

Permanent URL
At the bottom of the card, you will find designated areas URLs profile. This is the address of your public profile. The default address is www.google.com/profile/your_user_name_. If you use a non-Gmail e-mail address for your Google account, you can create a custom address. If you make something easy to remember, you can specify a profile on business cards or easily link to it from other sites.
Photo cards are also public. This allows you to connect your Flickr or Picasa Web Albums account at your profile and put tape photos from albums under his own name.

Private Information
Contact info card is not public. Determine which of your contacts can see it. You can also set up contact groups, such as family members and colleagues. You release all your contact information, or any of that to people you specify. Since this writing, there is no granular control over who sees these items, but Google is working on a social networking service that will make contact to share granular.

When you are finished editing your profile, click Save Changes. Your profile will start appearing in search Google profile results.

+1 Information

If you use Google Plus +1 to mark a site and clips as “+1″ and share them, you’ll have +1 tab. When you “+1″ that website then It’ll be automatically shared.
